An overview of program standards is also included, with discussion of practical examples of conformance

The training includes: An overview of the accreditation process, survey preparation tips, practical examples of conformance to the standards, highlights of new standards, and the opportunity to hear questions from attendees.  All presentations and materials are provided in English.
